While granting stock options to global staff is not the norm, we feel it’s important to give equal opportunities to all staff regardless of their location. Plus, we’ve found that granting stock options in this way has a multitude of benefits, including keeping everyone aligned toward a common goal, focusing everyone on the future success of the company, and creating an ownership mindset among our staff that fosters a sense of pride in their work.
