Traditionally, construction has required person-to-person contact every step of the way. In order to get an accurate estimate someone would need to come to your property and do it manually. But we’ve developed technologies and processes that allow us to complete those steps remotely. Which makes getting a new fence or driveway faster and more convenient for you. We typically install projects much faster than traditional contractors and at a competitive price. Here’s a step-by-step walk-through of our remote experience.
The first step is to put in a quote request for your new fence or driveway. There are a few ways you can do this:
After doing one of the above, one of our customer service agents will reach out to you (typically within 24 hours) and help you get started with the process.
Traditionally, you’d need to wait for someone to physically come to your property and do the measurements and assessment for your project. But with a combination of satellite technology and video calls, we’re able to do a Virtual On-Site to assess your project. You’ll have a video call with your customer service agent, they’ll record the necessary information for your project and then send that information to our quoting team.
After our quoting team receives the information for your project, they’ll get started on preparing a detailed itemized quote for you. Our quotes contain separate line items that tell you the exact measurements, materials, and styles used as well as how much each section costs. Once the quote is prepared, it’ll be sent over to you for approval, typically within 48 hours. Your quote can be viewed, edited, and approved online.
Once you’ve approved your quote, the next step is to get your installation scheduled. Your assigned project manager will work with you to find a convenient time for installation.
Our crew will come to your property and on your scheduled date and complete the installation. If you’re satisfied with the final project, you can approve of it online. You can pay for your new fence or driveway online too.
If you have any questions or concerns after the installation, you can contact your project manager and they’ll ensure any issues are solved as soon as possible.
