To make getting a new fence or driveway even easier, we’ve developed a new customer app. With our app, you can view your quotes, scheduled appointments, and other updates in one convenient location.
After you’ve requested a quote from us, we’ll send you an email confirmation and then you’ll be able to log in to the customer app on our website. Here are all of the functions and what you can do with them.
This will show all of your contact information including your name, phone number, and email address.
Under this section, you will see the address of each separate property you’ve requested a quote for. For many, this will likely be one address, but if you own or manage multiple properties, you’ll be able to see which you’ve made project requests for.
This section will show any orders you’ve made and the related quotes for your project. It will list the type of project requested, when the request was made, and the current quote status. You can approve your quote from this section as well.
This will show you any appointments you have scheduled. This could range from an on-site visit, a virtual on-site, or a pre-installation visit. You can check your customer app at any time and see the date and time your next appointment is scheduled.
By having everything you need in one location, you won’t need to spend any time searching through your emails to find your most recent quote or appointment confirmation. You can easily manage every step of your home improvement project from home.
