Professional, efficient, and courteous. The team did an amazing job. Not only that, they were not looking to get settled with payment immediately. They wanted to make sure I was happy with the job before submitting payment. Not only that, I had entered in the wrong payment method in the beginning of the order, and asked them not to process payment on that card. They were quick to respond (at 9PM) way after hours, get their team to submit after hours request to cancel payment, and then confirmed they were able to stop it on time. The very next morning. I highly recommend using this team to get you setup with a fence. We had this one built around the pool, and it looks great! Quality material, and quality work all the way around.

This review is for my process in getting a quote from Ergeon for a fence replacement at my property. I had a great experience working with @Mario Gamero. The process was extremely smooth with him scheduling the initial video call to inspect the fence right when I called. He reached out to me within a day with a quote and shared an online link which had all the details. This was easy for me to share to my neighbor too. Eventually we did not proceed with the planned work but I had an overall good experience.

They were very responsive to my initial out reach and provided me a quote with in a couple of days and had the work scheduled to begin very quickly after I gave them the authorization to proceed. They kept me informed through text messages throughout the process and completed the RV driveway in 2 days. The crew was friendly and respectful of the neighborhood atmosphere.
