I have been chasing someone to provide me with an update on my project . My project manager apparently is no longer at the company Josemiguel ,and after spending months on approvals and back and forth it was finally approved by my HOA . I approved the statement of work and have been sending follow up texts / emails and am just getting the run around !!! I sent a text message saying that I would move my business if they don’t appreciate it and STILL NO ACTION !! I am so so so frustrated as I would need to start the HOA approval with another company all over again and that’s THE ONLY REASON WHY I KEEP FOLLOWING UP ! So disappointing as I thought I was dealing with a reputable company !!! Update 1/16/24; Despite the rocky start with Ergeon, I am happy with the final result . A few project manager changes and things were rectified. The installers were very professional and found a work around the language barrier so it was quite smooth. At the end of the day they delivered a quality product .

Ergeon did a great job from start to finish. They were very responsive to my initial out reach and provided me a quote with in a couple of days and had the work scheduled to begin very quickly after I gave them the authorization to proceed. They kept me informed through text messages throughout the process and completed the RV driveway in 2 days. The crew was friendly and respectful of the neighborhood atmosphere. The price was very reasonable and quality of the work is great. As a professional commercial Construction Manager I have high standards and these guys delivered!
