John needed to have his front patio replaced. So, he contacted us and discussed which options would be best.
Mike, the project manager, gave John sound advice about paver size and color and didn't push for the more expensive option. He recommended a darker color to provide contrast to the lighter color of the home. John felt that Mike really listened and found an option that met his needs.
During the consultation process we also provided John with 3D models to illustrate the changes to his patio before the installation began.
Scheduling went well and we were able to help John with filling out the application form for his HOA.
Afterward, it was time for the installation. Fidel and his crew came over and completed the project in 4 days. John noted that ‚"The crew was professional, fast, and worked hard."
It wasn't possible to install the pavers flush with the fence because of a size difference with the fence posts. However, the crew came up with a suitable solution to solve the problem. They created a decorative border that consisted of stones inlaid in sand.
John was very happy with the end result.
