2020 has been a hard year, to say the least. The COVID pandemic brought about uncertainty for the construction industry, material shortages, personal challenges for our team members, and situations where we were forced to make adaptations on-the-fly. We know this year impacted all of our customers, too.
At the end of each year we analyze all of the feedback that we’ve received from our customers. This helps us better understand how we’re doing and how our customers are feeling. We created a word map as a visual representation of the reviews. We’re happy to see that what our customers value matches up with our company values.
We wanted to take a moment to share a few customer stories from the year that showcase what makes us different- we hope you enjoy reading some highlights from 2020.
A core pillar of our company is happy customers. For many customers, simply knowing where to start with a new fence or hardscape project can be a daunting task. From there, some of the most common frustrations with home improvement projects are poor communication, opaque/unclear quoting processes and delays. Our solution to these issues is a mix of innovative technology and excellent customer support. In a year of massive disruption we are proud to offer some peace of mind.
We’ve been able to continue our operations in a safe manner by completing steps of the construction process virtually. This, paired with our responsive, knowledgeable team members helped our customers feel good about their projects from start to finish. One customer from Sacramento recently shared his pleasant surprise at the ease of the experience working with Ergeon as well as some photos of the finished product!
In addition to safety considerations, several customer reviews mentioned how Ergeon’s telepresence model made the whole process efficient for them. From our free online fence quoting, to remote onsite visits and custom quotes using satellite imagery, we cut out the usual waste of construction businesses. This ends up saving our customers time and money.
There’s a prevailing fear with construction projects that the uneven expertise allows contractors to take advantage of customers- we try to remove that fear with our total transparency. Our quotes provide itemized cost breakdowns so our customers know exactly what they’re getting.
In addition to the tools we use to ensure transparency, Ergeon team members know that our aim is to set new standards for fairness and trustworthiness in the construction business. One customer took the time to share her personal experience working with our team members on a fence quote.
